project 359: mar 25 - yes, that is indeed a mandolin! I'm 'trying it on' to see if I like it, then next wednesday, I will let the owner know if I would like to buy it. 
it's almost unfair. I feel like a giddy school girl who's 'fallen in love' with a boy because he called her pretty. I am already in love with this mandolin, even if it is the first one I have ever played... I am not thinking!!
